eCelsius Medical - Continuous Core Body Temperature Monitoring Solution

The eCelsius Medical capsule continuously measures core body temperature and communicates in real time with the dedicated eViewer Medical monitor, with a sampling interval of 30 seconds. The monitor records the temperature data and can trigger an alert when a predefined temperature threshold is exceeded. The communication range between the capsule and monitor is approximately 1 meter, depending on the environment and patient.

The capsule has built-in memory to store temperature data. If communication between the capsule and monitor is temporarily interrupted, the stored data is automatically synchronized once the connection is restored, helping ensure continuous and complete data recording.

The capsule is naturally eliminated from the body after use, with an average operational duration of 24–48 hours, depending on intestinal transit time. It is a sterile, single-use device supplied in standby mode. An activation box is provided to pair the eCelsius Medical capsule with the eViewer Medical monitor. A single monitor can manage up to three capsules simultaneously, making the system suitable for mid- and long-term monitoring.
