Overview
Antiviral/Antibacterial Respiratory Filters are
high-performance medical devices designed to reduce the risk of viral and
bacterial cross-contamination during lung function testing, spirometry,
indirect calorimetry, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). They
provide an effective barrier against airborne pathogens while maintaining
excellent airflow and measurement accuracy.
These single-use filters help protect both patients and
healthcare professionals by minimizing the spread of infectious droplets and
aerosols generated during forced breathing manoeuvres and high-ventilation
tests. By reducing environmental contamination, they support safer testing
conditions in hospitals, pulmonary function laboratories, diagnostic centres,
and research facilities.
Available with oval and round mouthpiece designs, the
filters are compatible with a wide range of respiratory diagnostic equipment
and are individually packaged to ensure maximum hygiene and convenience.
